Built for Every Body: Sandrine Hebert Pelletier of VIBE Lounge

Some people build bodies.
Sandrine Hebert Pelletier is building something more: trust, confidence, and a space where people feel seen.

I’ve known Sandrine for about three years, since I started training at Vibe Lounge, the studio she co-founded with her partner, Arad Seyedin. At first, I joined their group sessions alongside the Last Drop crew. But as I got more serious, I moved into personal training. Over time, I saw something rare—a gym that wasn’t about pushing people to their limits, but about understanding people from the inside out.

Whether you’re an elite athlete or someone just starting, Sandrine makes you feel like you belong. That’s not marketing—it’s how she actually moves through the room. It’s in the way she asks how you’re feeling before every session, or adjusts your plan on the fly if something’s off. And it’s in the way she’s consistently stayed curious and humble, always learning, always adapting.

Now, my partner Anisa trains with her too. Because when you find people who care like this, you stay close.

The Path to Purpose

Sandrine didn’t always know she wanted to work in fitness. In fact, she tried a lot of things first—makeup school, fashion, business—until something clicked.

“It wasn’t until I started working with a personal trainer that I realized I was passionate about learning and teaching movement.”

That realization didn’t lead to a quick answer. But it sparked a search. And eventually, she made a decision most people would never have the clarity or courage to make:

“I couldn’t find the kind of gym I was looking for… so I created it.”

A Mindset Built on Reps

What makes Vibe Lounge different isn’t just the programming or equipment. It’s the philosophy. No two clients get the same plan. And no session is treated like a job to finish—it’s a relationship to build.

“It might sound obvious, but a strong body is built through daily reps.
And when you become stronger physically, your mindset usually follows.”

That mindset shapes everything Sandrine touches, from her group coaching sessions to the way she mentors clients through injury recovery, hormonal changes, stress, or even just low-energy days. She meets you where you are, and then walks with you until you’re stronger.

Progress with a Beginner’s Mind

Sandrine’s not just a trainer, she’s a student too. She reads, tests, and integrates new practices constantly. You’ll often find her researching new tools, experimenting with new recovery devices, or diving into the neuroscience of movement.

“Progress is about keeping a beginner’s mindset.
There’s always more to learn.”

She’s also become a powerful voice in the space, growing her personal platform, sharing stories, and emerging as someone with a lot more to say in this space. And she’s just getting started.

Built With Care

One of the most impressive things about Sandrine is that she built Vibe Lounge with her partner, Arad. Anyone who’s ever worked with a partner knows the difficulty of separating roles, giving each other space, and still moving forward with shared vision.

They’ve done it all, coaching, managing, building a brand, and mentoring a team. And through all of it, they’ve remained open, warm, and focused. You don’t walk into Vibe and feel tension. You feel alignment.

That energy is intentional. It’s been shaped rep by rep.

The Plain Pillars

Impact First

“I try hosting as many community events as I can to lower the barrier to entry and create a safe space for those who wouldn’t exercise in public otherwise.”

Identity is Earned

“A strong body takes reps.
And when you build that strength, the mindset usually follows.”

Small Bets, Big Ideas

“Our first community event was supposed to be a one-time thing.
Now it’s part of what we do. I’ve learned so much through those experiences.”

The Middle of the Journey

Sandrine’s not at the finish line, and she’s not rushing to get there. She’s in the middle, refining, learning, and growing with every session and every client.

“Coming home after a long day and knowing you’ve taken even one step toward your goals…
That’s the most fulfilling part of the journey.”

If she could whisper something to someone just starting?

“Don’t be scared to ask for help.
People who are passionate about what they do love helping others do the same.”

That’s what she’s doing now. Helping people become stronger, more grounded, more confident—one movement, one mindset shift at a time.
